Some swedish nautical warnings read by different voices, followed by station announcement. The audio sounds somehow broken as if it has been mangled through an aggressive noise gate. I don’t know where the beeping came from, maybe a local signal.

The beeping is a navigational beacon system, of some sort, actually I cannot remember it’s exact name/standard right now, but it can run across all the plus minus 160 meter band, 1700-1990 kHz.
It’s sound is distinctive, always an 825 Hz beep, wave itself is not a pure sine.
It has some third or foruth order harmonics added to it making it more "squared-off".
Of course, those may be flattened to an approx. sine by using either LSB or USB.
This has something to do with europe, since i observed these pulses from as westwards as United kingdom to as far as Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk and eastwards till around 92, 95 degrees east
