I recommend you to Read about the purpose of shortwave bands for specific applications. Then you will know what to look for where. Listen to how it should sound properly on the Internet. -

that is rtty with some non-standard freq offset.

yeah i tuned it badly. it didn’t sound like morse either and i asoommed that it was data or something. Also on the, i forget band but there was a baud transmition there.
