no, and no. its a sdr somewhere where you can tune and stream. and I’m like i wana talk to them but i dont have a licence 🙁

I mean when i record my own shit, can I record what I got off of my scanner I have that records things? also whats the web address to this thing? if your not sure I can look up like web SDR or something of that nature

no scanner . its just a stream of an sdr that you can tune around. also

Getting a cham license isn’t like you pay and get it. You must pass the exams first.
